PolyDADMAC is cationic quaternary ammonium polymer which is completely dissolved in water, it contains strong cationic radical and activated adsorbent radical, which can destabilize and flocculate the suspended solids and the negative-charged water soluble matters in the wastewater through electro-neutralization and bridging adsorption. It achieves good results in flocculating, de-coloring, killing algae and removing organics.

APPLICATIONS

1. Coagulant and flocculant in water and wastewater treatment.
2. Decolorant in textile color wastewater treatment.
3. In mining and the process of mineral, it is used in tailing water treatment, dewater coagulant which can extensively applied in treating various mineral mud, such as coal, taconite, natural alkali, gravel mud and titania.
4. In paper-making, it is used as paper conductivity paint to make conductive paper, sizing promoter, anionic trash catcher etc., also used in paper water treatment.
5. It can also be used as surface active agent in chemical industries.
6. Can be blended with PAC or ACH for better perfrrmance, lower cost

Applications Method:

1. When used alone, it should be diluted to the concentration of 5%-10%(based on solid content).
2. In dealing with different source water or waste water, the dosage is based on the turbidity and the concentration of the water. The most economical dosage is based on the trial.
3. The dosing spot and the mixing velocity should be carefully decided to guarantee that the chemical can be mixed evenly with the other chemicals in the water and the flocs can not be broken.
4. It is better to dose the product continuously.

Package and Storage:

1. 210kg/drum or 1100kg/IBC

2. This product should be sealed and stored in a dry and cool place.

3. It is harmless, no-flammable and non-explosive. It is not dangerous chemicals.
